Adelle in use in Pack, a magazine about moving from one city to another.
Conceived as a student work, Pack magazine is focused on today’s familiar concept of moving from one city to another. Each issue deals with the move of an individual or a family, from all different perspectives. This first issue follows a couple moving from Berlin to Toronto.
The magazine is designed by Kristi Korotash using Adelle as main textface: When designing Pack, I wanted to find a typeface that had a strong editorial feel without feeling too serious. I love the texture of the gentle slab serifs in the body text, especially paired with a bold sans serif like Wigrum. The fact that it also works so well for headlines made it a great choice for the project!
