4. What personal data do we collect?

User-provided Information. When you use a service on the website, you may provide, and we may collect Personal Data. Examples of Personal Data include name, email address, address, mobile phone number, and credit card or other billing information.

  • We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Public Area of the Site, and create user navigation reports for our Site administrators. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review. We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the Site and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify Visitors or Users.

6. How do we protect your data?

We know how much data security matters to all our customers. With this in mind we will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Access by you to your personal information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
We secure access to all transactional areas of our websites and apps using ‘https’ technology. We also do not collect any special categories of data directly on our website and work with trusted partners to collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers or paypal account details.
In addition, your personal information resides on a server that only selected TypeTogether personnel may access via password.
Transactions are processed by PayPal, where all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

7. How long will we keep your data?

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as legally mandated.

8. Who do we share your personal data with?

As a matter of practices we do not share any personal data collected by us with third parties. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. We may disclose your data or other information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws, in response to a facially valid court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

Information about Users and Visitors, including personal data, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets and only if the recipient of the User or Visitor Data commits to a Privacy Policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy.

9. Where your personal data may be processed?

Sometimes we will need to share your personal data with third parties and suppliers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we share information for processing only with partners in countries with adequate level of data protection as per EU law.

You have the right to request:

  • The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
