From Where I Stand

March 2015

The exhibition ‘From Where I Stand: Place, Culture and Politics’, held in 2014 at Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre at Melbourne Museum (Australia), highlighted the diversity of Aboriginal art in Victoria by sharing stories through the work of 17 Australian artists.

Abril black

Australian designer Dot Georgoulas choose Abril Black for various functions within the identity of the exhibition, such as the logotype, signage, wayfinding system, and the catalogue. Abril Black worked on two levels, as text for information, and also as a landmark within the exhibition.
Exhibition developed by Caroline Martin. Manager & Kimberley Moulton. Curator and Project officer, Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
