Payment method
TypeTogether s.r.o. accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments service. Customers may be requested to accept Paypal's policies before processing their payments. For bank transfers, please contact us at [email protected]

Delivery of goods/service
Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart and then select the checkout option. You will be able to review your cart contents, modify amount of users for your licences or remove items. While checking out, you will be asked to login to our site or to quickly complete a sign up form. 
When the payment is complete you will be redirected to your account page where you can immediately download your fonts. A confirmation and a link to the downloads page will be also emailed to you. If your purchase includes deliverables such as print outs, catalogs, posters or other kinds of merchandising, these will be shipped by regular airmail post within ten (10) business days from the date of your order. All rates stated in TypeTogether's online store include shipping. 
Please make sure to check the correct purchase of your fonts before download. Once they are downloaded, they are not refundable. The font files will be available for download for seven (7) days after the received confirmation. Should you have any problems downloading or uncompressing the font files please contact us.


Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days provided the fonts have not been downloaded. If they have been downloaded no refund will be granted.


Warranty
TypeTogether will replace the Font Software in the event the Font Software does not perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation provided that any such claim is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase of this License. Your sole recourse is replacement Font Software, no refunds will be granted. To submit a claim, you must return the Font Software to TypeTogether s.r.o., together with a copy of your sales receipt. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Font Software is at your sole risk. 


Limitation liability
The Font Software and related documentation are provided “AS IS” and, except as noted herein, is without warranty of any kind and TypeTogether and its affiliated companies (together, “TypeTogether”) hereby EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TYPETOGETHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE FONT SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE FONT SOFTWARE IS WITHOUT DEFECTS. THE FONT SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT-TOLERANT AND IS NOT INTENDED AND WAS NOT DESIGNED OR MANUFACTURED FOR USE IN MANUFACTURING, NAVIGATION, CONTROL EQUIPMENT OR IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE USE OR FAILURE OF THE FONT SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TYPETOGETHER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE FONT SOFTWARE EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. TypeTogether’s liability to you shall in no event exceed the refunding of the cost of the Font Software or replacement of the Font Software, either at TypeTogether’s sole discretion.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, implied warranties or implied warranties. Only where applicable by law, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION CREATED BY LAW IS ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR THE THIRTY-DAY (30-DAY) WARRANTY PERIOD. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND AFTER THE THIRTY-DAY (30-DAY) WARRANTY PERIOD. The exclusions noted above may not apply to you. Otherwise, and to the extent permissible by law, you agree that all implied warranties are not effective for more than thirty (30) days.


Data security
We do not store any financial or credit card information on our servers. We do not sell information about our customers to others. Your customer information is stored for the sole purpose of managing your account and purchases. Additionally it is used to keep you posted about new font releases, upcoming events and other announcements.

Updates
TypeTogether s.r.o. retains the right to modify, update, improve the contents of the website at any time. TypeTogether s.r.o. does not warrant the correctness of information provided on the website and will not be liable for any failure to update such information.
