At TypeTogether we take pride in our customer support response. Our contact form and social media channels are constantly checked, and we reply to most messages within 24 hours or less. That said, it is rather embarrassing to admit that it took us 10 years to have a proper Frequently Asked Questions section on our website. As a result, our customer support is now even better and most answers to questions can be found in our hot new FAQ area.
The questions are divided into eight main categories: Buying, Licenses, Troubleshooting, Custom fonts, Consultancy, Font formats and technology, My Account, and Miscellanea. We hope to cover the usual questions in approachable language. However, regarding licenses, we recommend reading the specific license documents (EULA, webfont licence, app license) in addition to the FAQs.
