New release: Adelle Sans Thai

One bigger, happier family: Adelle Sans Thai released

At the end of 2017 we released Adelle Sans Arabic and last month we released the Devanagari script of Adelle Sans. This month we’re following up with Adelle Sans Thai, by Cadson Demak’s Smich Smanloh and Anuthin Wongsunkakon. In keeping with the Adelle Sans family’s original look and purpose, the Thai script is a loopless modern design for use in advertising, branding, and editorial works where easy reading and a mature, recognisable aesthetic appeal is desired. Ready to take it for a spin? Head over to our type tester and try your favourite phrases.

Typeface Publishing Incentive Programme 2019

Mentorship with a publishing twist

Education is in our bones, in our DNA, and part of what drives us. You can see it often in the choices we make and especially in the things to which we commit time and again. The Typeface Publishing Incentive Programme is our mentorship programme for at least one lucky post-grad who is designing their typeface, who shows great promise, and whose fonts we believe fit within our catalogue. This is our fifth instalment, following Bely, Noort, Temeraire, and Lanka. It comes with high expectations as well as a ton of support to get your font published through TypeTogether. If that sounds good to you, then get the submission details below. Your family could be the next big thing!

Dr Unger gives a wider view of typography, discusses different ways of thinking, and gets into practical details. Besides the content, the book itself superbly uses Dr Unger’s Alverata in body text and Sanserata for headings, captions, footnotes, and other details.
