Ebony wins the Codecks game

Codecks is a project & community management platform focused on game development. To that end, they’ve chosen the modern and attractive Ebony family as the comoany’s voice, employing it in each element of the platform: documents, chats, calendars, menus, titles, text, all of it.

Every word, numeral, dropdown, and dialog — everything — is styled with Ebony’s clear and undeniable voice. The serifs on ‘J, l’ hint at developer typefaces without fully giving into that aesthetic, and the open characters and terminals that point to the next glyph come across clearly on the screen.

A multi-functional type family, Ebony remains true to TypeTogether’s focus on stylish typographic answers for the complex needs of digital and printed works. Ebony provides great performance in branding and advertising with its dark weights and taut, powerful curves. In short, Ebony is a daringly bold sans serif supporting several hundred Latin-based languages, and now with support for Vietnamese.
