Gerard Unger’s Alverata in use in the Dutch brand Douwe Egberts
Douwe Egberts is a Dutch brand of coffee founded in 1753 with international retail. The whole range of coffee products on sale in the original country, the Netherlands, use Gerard Unger’s typeface Alverata in the packaging’s main logo.
It was a pleasant surprise in our latest trip to Amsterdam to have coffee in such a good company.
